Saturday Artisan Market – August 10

Come out today (August 10th) to the Saturday Artisan Market.  Located at Canalside (across from the First Niagara Center, right near the Naval Park) the Artisan Market hosts more than 60 vendors and live entertainment.

  • Come hungry!
  • Stay all day!
  • Grab lunch and dinner! 
  • If your friends can’t make it, volunteer to be their designated Amy’s Food Truck deliverer! 
  • We will be serving all day 10AM – 5PM !

ChalkFest Buffalo 2013

Join us today for day 2 of  the 2013 ChalkFest

We’ll be serving 12-6PM

Here’s a breakdown of today’s activity:

12:00 PM:  FESTIVAL RE-OPENS! Food Trucks, Vendors and Beer

                  tent re-open.

1:00 PM:    LIVE STORYBOOK NARRATION     

                 Sidewalk Chalk Making Activity (space limited)  

1:30 PM:    Hip-Hop Dance Performance by Differential Flava Crew

2:00 PM:   Alice’s Tea Party (space is limited)    

2:30 PM:   LIVE STORYBOOK NARRATION                  

3:00 PM:   Hopscotch Tournament (Children welcome, adults

                 encouraged)

                 Break-Dance Performance by SolStace             

3:30 PM:   Break-Dance Performance by SolStace       

4:30 PM:   Diamond Ricelli Concert

6:00 PM: FESTIVAL ENDS!

Concert for a Cure

Come and join us today (July 28) at Canalside for the 2013 Concert for a Cure. In addition to the Amy’s Truck there will be tons of great food and so much great music – Hit N Run, The Informers, Route 66, The Heritage, Whiskey Reverb, Double Shot, Carl Motyka, Leon & the Fork Lifts and international superstars THE GUESS WHO!

It’s going to be an amazing day. Doors open at 1and the music kicks off at 2PM.

All proceeds from Concert for a Cure are going to cancer research at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Don’t forget that every ticket purchased registers you for a change to win a 2013 Honda Civic.

Tickets are priced $10 (children 12 and under) – $75 and it all goes to great cause.

Because the night…

…belongs to Amy’s Truck! And to lovers. Ok, and to the 10,000 Maniacs, we are playing tonight, Saturday July 27th on Old Falls Street in Niagara Falls! Get your 90’s pants on and come on down to this amazingly nostalgic event. Aircraft, The Albrights, and The Tins are playing as well. It’s going to be a rocking good time so we’ll see you at 5:00!

Something different!

So Wednesdays is usually First Niagara Center, but today we’re trying something different! Today from 11:30am to 1:30pm we’ll be at WNED at 140 Lower Terrance in Buffalo. Food tastes better when you stand in different spots eating it. Honestly!

LIVE AT LARKIN!

So we won’t be able to make it to First Niagara Center today for lunch (sad face) BUT we will be down at Larkin Square tonight (06/26) for Live at Larkin! If you haven’t checked it out yet, it’s a must. Live music, sunshine, friends, and food. And Amy’s Truck will be there to take care of that last part!

Stop down from 5:00 until 8 and enjoy summer while you can!

Lemuria Release Show!

Lemuria is an amazing band. And tonight is their new album release show at the Waiting Room! You are going to need serious energy to dance/head bang along, so Amy’s Truck will be there to take care of you. Stop by 334 Delaware Ave. between 8:30pm and 11:30pm and load up on some carbs. Then go congratulate Lemuria on The Distance is So Far, another extraordinary album!!!

8th Annual Walk a Mile in Her Shoes!

On Saturday, April 27th, Crisis Services of Buffalo is hosting another Walk a Mile in Her Shoes Event! Join then from 12:00 until 3:00 and  join this march against gender violence. Amy’s Truck will be there to give you the strength to keep going!
